The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The effort put into making sure we were at the right place in Hanoi at the right time to catch the shuttle bus was a standout. Plus the return journey. The life guards around the pool, the reception area staff and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful. These people really care. The pool is amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent with plenty of variety. This would be an excellent place to vacation with kids. They are very well catered for from Archery to motorised pool scooters and a kids club on site. A big red rabbit even greets the incoming bus.

Our family had an incredible summer experience here. From the moment we were picked up in Ho Chi Minh City by the complimentary shuttle, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The resort's beach, just a minute from our room, was both pristine and inviting—perfect for a relaxing swim. The culinary journey at Dhawa Ho Tram was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a delightful exploration of Vietnamese cuisine, giving us the energy to enjoy our days by the sea. I highly recommend the Vietnamese buffet at Nook and the seafood buffet at Azura by the seaside. My mom was especially thrilled with the fresh, delicious meals and the excellent seafood, all at a very reasonable price. Finally, a big thank you to the staff for making our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms Lành (Jessie) for enhancing our dinner experience at Azura, and to Ms Thương and Thư for their assistance in the early morning, helping us arrange the trip to the airport on time.

New hotel , perfect sevice with whole day snack bar. My kid love this hotel alots because they have kid room to play with alots activity and small snack bar can eat and drink whole day free. My husband love this hotel because they have class teaching how to masage your head which make his long time headache get better. At second day stay, me and my kid have big broplem because we ate bad seafood at local restaurant outside hotel than got stomach running. Hotel already send doctor to help us free up charge. I just want to said this hotel have everything of a perfect hotel in my mind. I'm going stay here next time and more. Thanks alots of evething hotel team already bring to my perfect holiday.

Excellent new property, cosy and comfortable. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, polite and always ready to help. We have been often proactively asked if any help is needed. Hotel team is an excellent asset of this company. We are really appreciate care and support we have been provided with during our stay. Language was a problem sometime, but people tried their best to overcome it.

the breakfast is excellent with a variety of local foods to western options. the room is outstanding, beautifully designed and staff service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable

We had a wonderful time at Dhawa Ho Tram. The suite was so nice and huge enough and the beds were so comfy. We also liked how the hotel is promoting sustainable tourism. We also liked the buffet breakfast. Plus, the staff were nice and professional:)

The resort is very new with nice design and spacious room. The staff is friendly and caring. They offered us a free birthday cake for one of the crew member. The pool is large and they have kids corners. Very family friendly
